Mr. Schwartz,
 We do not need you to tell us that the South Slavonian Slavs have nothing to do with Alexander the Great but what we need you to know and tell the world is that they have nothing to do with Macedonian Greek identity, history and legacy for the simple reason that Macedonia and the Macedonians, whether ancient or present day ones have always been Greek and the Macedonian name cannot be used or shared by the South Slavonian Slavs because they have one thousand years of time to cover from the time the Macedonian Greek people were subjugated by the Romans and their arrival in the Balkans in the sixth or seventh century after the A.C.E.  .
So , please, do not tell us what we already know but tell the South Slavonians what they need to know and do instead of usurping our Macedonian Greek identity, the regional or provincial identity of the Greek people in ancient, classic and historic Macedonia, that is, the Macedonian province of northern Greece.   N.M.H.
